2. Account Creation and Security

• When creating an account on the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., name, email address, shipping address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for all activities conducted under your account, including any purchases of summer clothing made using your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at arcgrips@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, a breach of security, or any suspicious activity (e.g., unauthorized purchases of summer clothing). We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials (e.g., sharing your password with others).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, a violation of these Terms, or any activity that may compromise the security of the Site or other users (e.g., fraudulent purchases of summer clothing).

3. Product Information and Availability

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our summer women’s clothing, including descriptions, images, prices, sizes, fabric details, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, or current. If a summer clothing item is listed with an incorrect price, size, or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel your order (and issue a full refund) or offer you the option to purchase the product at the correct price. We will notify you immediately if we discover an error in your order due to incorrect product information (e.g., a sundress listed with the wrong size chart).
• Product availability is subject to change without notice, especially during peak summer season (May to August) when demand for popular summer clothing items (e.g., sundresses, swimwear) is high. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email and offer a refund or exchange (if available). We do not guarantee that all summer clothing products will be in stock at all times, and we reserve the right to discontinue products without notice. If a product is discontinued, we will remove it from the Site as soon as possible.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual summer clothing items may vary slightly in color, design, or dimensions due to lighting, manufacturing variations, or screen resolution. These minor variations are normal for mass-produced summer clothing (especially for natural fabrics like linen) and do not constitute a defect. We make every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent the actual product, but we cannot guarantee an exact match (e.g., a “coral” sundress may appear slightly different on different screens).
• All our summer women’s clothing meets U.S. safety standards and regulations, including those set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for apparel. 4. Orders and Payments

• When you place an order for summer clothing on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed price, plus applicable shipping costs and sales tax. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, incomplete order information, or a violation of these Terms.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information (e.g., credit card details, PayPal information) when placing an order. We use secure, third-party payment processors to handle your payment information, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order (including shipping and tax). • We are not responsible for any fees associated with declined payments (e.g., bank fees, overdraft fees) or incorrect payment information. If you provide incorrect payment information and your order is processed incorrectly, you are responsible for any additional costs incurred to correct the error.

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of arcgrips or third parties (e.g., copying summer clothing images, logos, or text without permission; replicating our summer clothing designs; using our trademarks without authorization).
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code that could damage the Site, our servers, or other users’ devices.
• Violating any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations (e.g., fraud, theft, copyright infringement, violations of consumer protection laws — including fraudulent purchases of summer clothing).
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of arcgrips or third parties (e.g., copying summer clothing images, logos, or text without permission; replicating our summer clothing designs; using our trademarks without authorization).
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code that could damage the Site, our servers, or other users’ devices.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or other users’ accounts (e.g., through hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities), including unauthorized access to order details, payment information, or personal data related to summer clothing purchases.
• Using the Site to spam, harass, or abuse other users or our team members (e.g., sending unsolicited messages, making threatening comments, or misusing customer service channels to disrupt our operations).
• Posting or transmitting false, misleading, or defamatory content about arcgrips, our products (including summer women’s clothing), our team, or other users (e.g., falsely claiming our summer dresses are defective, or spreading misinformation about our return or shipping policies).

This includes selling arcgrips items on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace) without authorization, or producing counterfeit versions of our summer styles.
• Interfering with the operation of the Site, including but not limited to: overloading our servers, disrupting navigation, or manipulating the Site’s functionality to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., automated bots to purchase limited-edition summer clothing items).
